Laws

The Skilled Trades BC Appeal Board was created by, and is governed by, Part 8 of the Skilled Trades BC Act and it’s regulations. Section 42(2) and 45(3) of this Act designates some provisions of the Administrative Tribunals Act, as also applying to the Board.
